Find potential JV and cross-promotion partners in your niche. Tell the tool about your business and what you're looking for — it finds 10 real businesses that could be a fit.

Your Business

What You're Looking For

If you want partners in specific adjacent niches, list them. Otherwise leave blank and we'll suggest the best fits.

Searching for partners in your niche — this takes about 20 seconds...

Your Partner Prospects

These are real businesses identified as potential fits based on your niche and offer. Always verify details before reaching out — check their website, confirm they're still active, and look for the right contact person. Use these as your starting research list, not a finished outreach list.

What to Do Next

1. Add to your Partner Research tab — copy these into your Partnership Hub spreadsheet.
2. Research deeper — visit their site, listen to their podcast, read their newsletter. Understand their world before reaching out.
3. Use the Outreach Writer — when you're ready to reach out, use the Outreach Message Writer to draft your first message.
4. Run this again — try different niches or partner types to build a bigger prospect list.

A Note on Partner Discovery

No list of names is a guaranteed partnership. JV partnerships are not one-size-fits-all — context, timing, and relationship matter more than a spreadsheet of contacts. This tool gives you a starting point: real businesses that could be a fit based on your niche and offer. But the partnership happens when you show up with curiosity, do your homework, and lead with value.

If you've worked through this list, want names in a more specific niche, or need a different angle — use these three prompts in ChatGPT or Claude to generate your own custom lists. Copy them exactly and fill in the brackets.

Prompt 1: Deep Niche Discovery

I sell [YOUR OFFER — e.g. "$997 course on email marketing for coaches"] to [YOUR AUDIENCE — e.g. "online coaches doing $100K-$500K/year"]. My price point is [YOUR PRICE] and my audience size is [YOUR LIST SIZE or total following across all channels].

I'm looking for potential cross-promotion or JV partners — not competitors, but businesses, podcasters, coaches, authors, agencies, software companies, or community leaders that serve the same people with complementary products or services.

Search for real businesses in these adjacent niches: [LIST 3-5 NICHES THAT SERVE YOUR SAME AUDIENCE — e.g. "sales training, productivity, business mindset, funnel building, book publishing"].

For each one, tell me: their name, what they sell, who their audience is, what platforms they use to reach people (podcast, newsletter, YouTube, community), and how I might approach a partnership with them.

Important: Only include real, verifiable businesses. Do not fabricate names, make up partnership histories, or invent podcast/event names. If you're unsure whether someone exists or is currently active, leave them out. Give me fewer real names rather than padding with guesses.

Prompt 2: Reverse-Engineer a Competitor's Partners

[COMPETITOR OR PEER NAME — e.g. "Amy Porterfield" or "Pat Flynn"] is a well-known business in the [NICHE] space. They've appeared on podcasts, spoken at summits, and done cross-promotions with other creators.

Based on what you know about their public partnerships — podcast appearances, summit lineups, joint webinars, affiliate promotions, or co-created content — who have they partnered with? List every name you can identify, what the partnership looked like, and whether that same person might be a good fit for MY offer: [YOUR OFFER] for [YOUR AUDIENCE].

I'm not trying to copy their strategy. I'm trying to map the network of people who are already open to partnerships in this space. If this person is too niche for reliable data, suggest a better-known competitor whose partnership network I could map instead.

Important: Only include partnerships you're confident actually happened. Do not fabricate names or invent partnership histories.

Prompt 3: Find Partners Through Events and Communities

I'm in the [YOUR NICHE] space and I want to find JV partners by looking at where they already gather.

Find me: (1) virtual summits in [YOUR NICHE] or adjacent niches that have happened in the last 2 years — list the summit name and any speakers you can identify, (2) popular podcasts in this space where guests are often business owners with their own offers, (3) online communities, masterminds, or membership groups where my ideal partners are likely members, and (4) industry events or conferences where speakers and attendees match my partner profile.

My ideal partner serves [YOUR AUDIENCE] and sells something complementary to [YOUR OFFER]. I'm currently [DESCRIBE YOUR STAGE — e.g. "just starting out with a small list" or "established with 15K subscribers" or "scaling with 40K+ and looking for bigger partnerships"] with [YOUR TOTAL AUDIENCE SIZE across email, social, community, etc.].

Important: Only include real summits, podcasts, communities, and events that you're confident actually exist. Do not fabricate event names or speaker lineups. If you're unsure, say so.
